It is the experience of using different chocolate to accentuate the notes (flavours) of whisky. In the same way a perfumer may use coffee beans to assist with the olfactory (smell) sense, chocolate can be used to stimulate the taste receptors.
Each tin contains 50g grams of chocolate or 50 to 60 separate "tasting discs". This is a very pure couverture chocolate.
Our chocolate does not contain any alcohol. It is an authentic chocolate perfectly made for Whisky Pairing.
The dark chocolates do not contain any milk products. However, due to the production process there may be traces of milk powder present.
